How long does it take to receive my order? Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be prepared before it ships. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days. Total delivery time may be approximately 5–6 weeks from the order date. We always aim to ship sooner whenever possible.

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the United States only. 

How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Will I receive tracking information? Yes! Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Why does processing take up to 4 weeks? As a growing brand, some pieces are prepared or sourced after your order is placed. This allows us to maintain quality and intentional production. During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

What if my package is lost or stolen? Once a package is marked as delivered, POLE•DAZE LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your shipping carrier directly.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address? Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. POLE•DAZE LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
